Yoga Retreat 2018 with Jen

We will practice three times a day on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (5-6 hours each day). On Friday, the arrival date, we will have an evening opening session before dinner and on Wednesday, departure day, we will have a morning session before breakfast to conclude the workshop.

We will meditate in the early morning before breakfast. After breakfast there will be some free time and afterwards we will go for the longest and most technical classes, where emphasis in alignment will be made. After the long session there will be free time for lunch, beach, relaxing or any other activities you may wish to do. We will conclude every day with a lighter more flowing evening session.

The classes will be held in German with translation to English and/or Spanish if required, depending on the participants.

Besides the workshop, there still will be plenty of time to enjoy the beach, surroundings and the delicious food.

Tenerife and especially the Spirit Lodge is a beautiful place to be so you might want to consider staying longer or coming earlier. Just be sure to book it soon, because places are very limited.

Regular Yoga classes and Thai Massage in Berlin. Classes also for Climbers.
Yoga and Meditation Retreats, upon request also combined with Hiking and Climbing activities.

Languages: German, English, Spanish (mother tongue) and Italian.
